While banks and traditional advisory firms receive commissions from financial institutions, Horizon Advisors is compensated directly by the client. This ensures that all recommendations are free from conflicts of interest. In fact, we refund any commissions that a traditional advisor would receive—fully aligning our interests with yours.
How much am I currently paying my bank manager or advisor?
The amount varies depending on your portfolio and the financial products you hold. On average, clients at brokerage firms pay around 1.30% per year in fees, which go to the firm and the advisor.
